Terms and Conditions
1) All company employees must maintain organized and well-documented files for
each client or project.
2) Any meetings to be held must be promptly scheduled and communicated to all
relevant parties.
3) For any item or project being addressed, (RP) should be created and maintained
and also you must have to know about RP.
4) All employees are expected to have a thorough understanding of the roles and
functions of Customs and the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).
5) Ensure that all terms, conditions, and company rules are clearly communicated
to clients and buyers.
6) Be aware of the specific timeframes required by government agencies to clear
our goods.
7) Employees will get drop service only and Pickup will be their own.
8) Arrange physical visits to clients and business part ners within the specified
business days after a project or product has been finalized.
Note: Physical visits foster stronger relationships and provide opportunities for
feedback and improvement.
9) All information and data related to clients, projects, and the company must be
handled with the utmost confidentiality and in compliance with data security
standards.
10) All employees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and ethically in
all business interactions. Respect for clients, partners, and colleagues is
fundamental to our company culture.
11) Each employee is responsible for their individual and team performance.
Note: Regular performance evaluations and accountability measures will be in
place to ensure high standards.
